PUBLIC OFFER
for entering into an agreement to use the game and purchase in-game goods
Revision dated 13 October 2026 (version 2026-10-13).
1. General provisions
This Public Offer sets out the terms for entering into an agreement for free use of the game and purchase of in-game goods in Mineralium Online (the “Agreement”). This Offer is the Provider's proposal to enter into the Agreement with anyone who accepts its terms.
Performing the actions specified in this Offer confirms the Customer's consent to enter into the Agreement on the terms set out herein.
This Public Offer is the Provider's official proposal to enter into the Agreement in accordance with paragraph 2 of Article 437 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation.
The Agreement is entered into when the Customer accepts this Offer in the manner specified in clause 2.4 of the Agreement.
Terms and definitions:
Agreement — the text of this Offer together with its Appendices, which form an integral part of this Offer, accepted by the Customer through the conduct indicating acceptance specified in this Offer.
Conduct indicating acceptance — behaviour that expresses consent to another party's proposal to enter into, amend or terminate an agreement. Such conduct consists of fully or partially performing the terms proposed by the other party.
Provider's Website — a collection of computer programs and other information contained in an information system, accessible over the Internet through the domain name and web address: https://mineralium.online
Parties to the Agreement (Parties) — the Provider and the Customer.
Customer (User) — an individual who has accepted this Offer in the manner set out herein, including a guest or registered user, whether or not they make paid purchases. Minors enter into and perform the Agreement subject to the requirements of Russian law concerning legal capacity and the involvement of legal representatives.
Game — the browser game Mineralium Online, available on the Provider's Website.
In-game goods (Goods) — virtual objects, bundles and other digital game assets available for purchase and use in the Game. Goods are intended exclusively for use in the Game. The Provider does not buy them back or exchange them for real money.
Service — providing the Customer with the selected in-game Goods in the Game by crediting them to the account specified when placing the order, in the manner and on the terms set out in this Offer.
2. Subject of the Agreement
2.1. The Provider gives the Customer free access to the Game and its available features: a guest profile or the creation and maintenance of a registered account, sign-in, and saving and resuming game progress. A paid purchase is not a condition of free access to the Game. When a paid purchase is made, the Provider undertakes to provide the Customer with the selected in-game Goods, and the Customer undertakes to pay for them in the amount, manner and time limits specified by the Agreement.
2.2. The name, quantity, contents, price and characteristics of the Goods are specified in the Game's shop and when placing the order, before payment. The manner and time limits for providing the Goods are set out in this Offer. Information about the selected Goods and the Customer's account forms part of the Agreement.
Gold coins are used only within the Game, including for buying chests, clearing the board and undoing a move. They are not money and cannot be withdrawn or exchanged for real money.
To place an order, the Customer signs into their account, selects a package in the shop, checks the number of coins and price, reviews the Offer and presses Buy. On the Robokassa payment page, the Customer then selects an available payment method, provides the information required by the payment service and pays for the order. The order is placed for the account from which the purchase was started. Delivery is electronic, by crediting coins to that account; no physical delivery is required.
Gold coins from a paid package are credited automatically to the Customer's account specified when placing the order after payment is confirmed. Crediting usually takes a few minutes. During maintenance, crediting may take up to 24 hours from payment confirmation.
2.3. The Service is considered properly performed once all paid Goods have been credited in full to the Customer's account specified when placing the order and are available for use with the stated characteristics, in the manner and within the time limits specified by the Agreement. The Customer subsequently uses the provided Goods independently within the Game's mechanics.
2.4. For free use of the Game, acceptance of this Offer occurs when the User starts using the Game, including by starting to play after pressing Play or opening the /play screen. By starting to play, the User accepts this Offer. The Offer is publicly available on the Website, and the User is given the opportunity to review it before using the Game.
For a paid purchase, acceptance of the terms of the specific order occurs when the Customer pays for the selected Goods after reviewing the order's contents and terms and being given the opportunity to review this Offer. Account registration and free use of the Game do not, by themselves, constitute acceptance of an Agreement for a paid purchase of Goods.
2.5. Under this Agreement, the User is granted a free, simple (non-exclusive) licence for personal use of the Game as computer software through its browser interface: launching it and performing actions provided by the Game, including loading and temporarily reproducing the client software in device memory to the extent necessary for operation. No exclusive right is transferred to the User; transfer of the granted right to others and sublicensing are not provided for. This clause does not restrict a software user's statutory rights.
2.6. The licence lasts within the term of the exclusive right to the Game. Its territory is the Russian Federation. Payment for Goods is not payment for free access or for this licence.
2.7. Retaining and restoring guest access depends on retaining access data in the browser. Deleting that data or using another device may make the guest profile inaccessible. Registered profiles use the sign-in methods provided by the Game. A purchase of Goods is not required to create a profile or save progress.
3. Rights and obligations of the Parties
3.1. Rights and obligations of the Provider:
3.1.1. The Provider undertakes to provide the paid Goods in the agreed contents and quantity, with the stated characteristics, in the manner and within the time limits specified by the Agreement.
3.1.2. Before payment, the Provider undertakes to give the Customer access to information about the selected Goods, their price and the terms on which they are provided, as well as to this Offer.
3.1.3. The Provider is responsible for storing and processing the Customer's personal data in accordance with Russian law and section 5 of this Offer.
3.1.4. The Provider may change the range and prices of Goods, as well as the terms of this Offer, by publishing changes on the Provider's Website. Such changes do not alter the agreed contents, price, manner or time limits for fulfilling an order that has already been paid for.
New and amended terms apply only to Agreements entered into after publication of the corresponding version of the Offer. An order placed before a new version is published retains the version specified when it was placed, in accordance with clause 8.4.
3.1.5. The Provider operates the features set out in clause 2.1 and takes measures to protect access to accounts and saved data. Temporary interruptions may occur for maintenance or repairs; information about planned maintenance is published on the Website.
3.2. Rights and obligations of the Customer:
3.2.1. The Customer must provide accurate information about themselves when receiving the relevant Services.
3.2.2. The Customer undertakes not to reproduce, repeat, copy, sell or otherwise use, for any purpose, information and materials made available to them in connection with the provision of Services, except for personal use directly by the Customer without providing third parties with access in any form.
Clause 3.2.2 does not prohibit actions permitted by clause 2.5 of this Offer or Russian law.
3.2.4. Virtual purchases (in-game Goods) properly provided to the Customer are final and non-refundable, except in cases provided for by the laws of the Russian Federation.
A refund because the Customer has changed their mind, has not used the Goods or has stopped playing is not provided unless a refund is required by law.
If paid Goods are not delivered due to a technical failure, the Provider will credit them to the account, replace them with the Customer's agreement or refund the amount paid for them.
This clause does not restrict the Customer's mandatory rights under the laws of the Russian Federation.
3.2.5. The Customer guarantees that they understand all terms of the Agreement and accepts the terms without reservation and in full.
4. Price and payment procedure
4.1. The price of the Service is determined by the price of the Goods selected by the Customer, stated in rubles in the Game's shop and when placing the order, before payment. Payment is made for the selected Goods in the contents and quantity specified in the order.
4.2. All payments under the Agreement are made by non-cash methods.
4.3. Payments may be accepted through payment services specified at checkout, including Robokassa. Before payment, the User receives information about the selected order and payment method. The payment service processes the data it needs under its own terms and applicable law.
For payments through Robokassa, a professional income tax receipt is generated automatically by Robocheki SMZ through its integration with My Tax. Transaction information is transmitted to the Federal Tax Service, and the receipt is sent to the contact provided by the Customer on the Robokassa payment page. The Game Website does not require separate entry of a contact for the receipt. A payment confirmation does not replace a professional income tax receipt.
5. Confidentiality and security
5.1. In performing this Agreement, the Parties ensure the confidentiality and security of personal data in accordance with the current versions of Federal Law No. 152-FZ of 27 July 2006 “On Personal Data” and Federal Law No. 149-FZ of 27 July 2006 “On Information, Information Technologies and Protection of Information”.
5.2. To enter into and perform the Agreement, the Provider processes only the personal data necessary for the relevant actions, on the basis of paragraph 5 of part 1 of Article 6 of Federal Law No. 152-FZ: profile and selected sign-in service identifiers, the email provided and authentication data for account operation; game data linked to the profile for saving and resuming gameplay; and order and payment information linked to the Customer for placing and fulfilling purchases and handling related enquiries. The exact data depends on the sign-in method and actions chosen by the User; guest access does not require an email address.
5.3. Details of actual processing, data protection, controller contact information and User rights are set out in the Privacy Policy. Accepting this Offer means entering into the Agreement, rather than consenting to all processing of personal data. The contractual basis applies only to processing necessary to enter into and perform the Agreement; other purposes and data require an independent lawful basis.
6. Force majeure
6.1. The Parties are released from liability for failure to perform or improper performance of their obligations under the Agreement if proper performance becomes impossible due to force majeure, meaning circumstances that are extraordinary and unavoidable under the given conditions, including prohibitive actions by authorities, epidemics, blockades, embargoes, earthquakes, floods, fires or other natural disasters.
6.2. If such circumstances arise, the Party must notify the other Party within 30 (Thirty) business days.
6.3. A document issued by an authorised government body is sufficient confirmation of the existence and duration of force majeure.
6.4. If force majeure continues for more than 60 (Sixty) business days, either Party may unilaterally withdraw from this Agreement.
7. Liability of the Parties
7.1. If the Parties fail to perform or improperly perform their obligations under the Agreement, they are liable in accordance with the terms of this Offer.
7.2. The Provider is not liable for failure to perform or improper performance of obligations under the Agreement if such failure or improper performance is caused by the Customer.
7.3. A Party that fails to perform or improperly performs its obligations under the Agreement must compensate the other Party for losses caused by those breaches.
8. Duration of this Offer
8.1. The Offer takes effect when published on the Provider's Website and remains in effect until withdrawn by the Provider.
8.2. The Provider reserves the right to amend the terms of the Offer and/or withdraw the Offer at any time at its discretion. Information about amendment or withdrawal of the Offer is communicated to the Customer, at the Provider's choice, by publication on the Provider's Website, in the Customer's Account, or by sending a corresponding notice to the email or postal address specified by the Customer when entering into the Agreement or during its performance.
8.3. The Agreement takes effect when the Customer accepts the terms of the Offer and remains in effect until the Parties have fully performed their obligations under the Agreement.
8.4. When an order is placed, its contents, price and the version of the Offer provided for the Customer to review are recorded. By paying for that order, the Customer accepts that version; it continues to govern fulfilment of the order after a new version is published. Publication of a new version does not, by itself, change the terms of an Agreement already entered into or restrict the Customer's mandatory statutory rights.
9. Additional terms
9.1. The Agreement, its conclusion and performance are governed by the laws of the Russian Federation. All matters not covered by this Offer, or not fully covered by it, are governed by the substantive law of the Russian Federation.
9.2. The Parties seek to resolve disputes through negotiation. The Customer's enquiries about purchases, crediting Goods and refunds should be sent to the Provider's contact email: neglottu@mail.ru.
The same email address can also be used for questions about access to the Game, accounts and saved progress.
Court proceedings are conducted in accordance with the laws of the Russian Federation.
The Customer retains the right to judicial protection and to choose a court in the cases and manner provided for by the laws of the Russian Federation. A mandatory pre-trial procedure applies only where required by law.
9.3. The Parties have designated Russian as the language of the Agreement entered into under this Offer and of any interactions between the Parties, including correspondence, submission of requests, notices and explanations, provision of documents and other communications.
9.4. All documents to be provided under this Offer must be drawn up in Russian or accompanied by a Russian translation certified in the prescribed manner.
9.5. A Party's inaction in the event of a breach of the terms of this Offer does not deprive the interested Party of the right to protect its interests later, nor does it constitute a waiver of its rights if a Party commits similar breaches in the future.
9.6. If the Provider's Website contains links to other websites and third-party materials, such links are provided solely for information, and the Provider has no control over the content of such websites or materials. The Provider is not liable for any losses or damage that may result from using such links.
